Simon has been with the Dubai Hurricanes in 2006 where he helped start the Youth section with just 7 players. Since then he has been an active coach, squad manager, club secretary, long-standing Club Chairman and more recently Honorary President.

In his professional career Simon is a member of the dnata Executive Team, directly supporting and assisting the President Group Services & dnata in the design and management of the strategic planning processes which develop and implement the One dnata Strategy and its three year rolling Medium Term Plan across 84 countries and 40,000+ colleagues.
