Rugby Development Programme: designed for players aged from 5 to 11 years this programme focuses on building eye-hand coordination, running, passing and general ball handling skills. Our tried-and-tested approach enables young players to build self-confidence and become more aware of learning how to enjoy play in a team sport.
FS2 sessions are 45-mins and begin at 1:30pm
Yrs 1 to 6 sessions are 1-hour and begin at 3pm
