Hurricanes Fitness is led by Natalie Busteed, a long term Dubai resident with a passion for fitness – over the past 8-years Natalie has built a reputation and business in the fitness industry which includes personal training, and group training, previously operating 5-days a week at Horizon English School; We are delighted to be able to bring this programme to Dubai Hurricanes parents, families, friends and visitors to 7he Sevens Stadium.

I am very excited to be building the Hurricanes Fitness programme for parents, at 7he Sevens Stadium. This tribe of parents will be pushed to improve their overall fitness, strength, endurance, agility, mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination. Each session will be different with exercises that can be tailored to meet the needs of all participants. These sessions will run concurrently with rugby training so it’s a great opportunity for parents to be the ultimate role model for our kids and do something to improve our overall health.

My passion lies with facilitating and coaching group exercises, creating communities of people bonded together through improved fitness. I love the support, community, accountability and fun that evolves within the tribe, making it far more than just an exercise class.”

Natalie and family are active members of Dubai Hurricanes, as both coaches and players  #WDYP4!

Natalie has a Bachelor of Education degree from the Australian Catholic University and spent many years as a teacher; She holds additional qualifications in:

  • YMCA – Pre and Post Natal Exercise
  • YMCA – Circuit Instructor
  • TRX – Qualified
  • Kettlebell – Qualified
  • HBX Coach – (Human Body Exercise)
